Who we are
This website (chroniclesofradagas.hu) and the game Chronicles of Radagas: The Card Game are run by Balog András Zsolt, sole proprietor (egyéni vállalkozó), Hungary, the data controller. Contact: info.tppkft@gmail.com.
This website
No account, no tracking
You do not need an account to use this website. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the website itself sets no cookies.
Server logs
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records technical data when a page is requested (IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type). This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (legitimate interest, GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). These logs are kept only as long as the hosting provider needs them for operation and security.
Fonts
The website loads its fonts from Google Fonts. When you open a page, your browser connects to Google's servers, so Google can see your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.
Links to other services
Buttons that lead to the game, to app stores or to our social media pages take you to those services, where their own privacy policies apply.
Newsletter
You subscribe to our newsletter by sending an email to chroniclesofradagas@gmail.com. We store your email address, the date of your request and, if you give it, your player name. We use them only to send you news about Chronicles of Radagas (launches, updates, events) and your subscriber gift. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The list is kept in our Gmail mailbox (Google). Newsletters are sent so that subscribers cannot see each other's addresses. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying with the word Unsubscribe; we then delete your address from the list.
Social media
We have pages on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. The website only links to them and loads nothing from these services. When you visit our pages there, the privacy policy of that platform applies.
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
The game
What we store
Your email address and the name you choose, your game progress (cards, decks, heroes, crowns, ratings, match results), and the technical details needed to run ranked games and the ladder. If you sign in with Google we only receive your email address and name from Google.
Why
To run your account, save your progress on every device, run fair ranked matches, friends and leaderboards, and to fix bugs. We do not show ads and we do not sell your data.
Where
Data is stored with our hosting providers Supabase (database and sign-in) and Netlify (game website). On your device the game keeps settings and a local copy of your profile in the browser storage.
Live support view
For support and fair play, the game team can look at a live, read-only copy of your game screen (your cards, the board and the menus) while you play. Nothing outside the game is ever visible, and nothing is recorded.
Feedback and error reports
If you send feedback, we store your message, the optional email you entered, and basic technical details (game version, screen size, browser). The game may also send short anonymous error reports to help us fix crashes.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account and all game data at any time: in the game under Settings → Delete my account, or by emailing us from the address you play with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account, the save, ratings, friends and match history within 30 days. Anonymous error reports may be kept for up to 90 days.
Age
Please use the game only if you are at least 16 years old, or have a parent's permission.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to show, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or to object to it, by emailing info.tppkft@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Hungarian data protection authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11., naih.hu.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
