Chronicles of Radagas: The Card Game, by Balog András Zsolt (Hungary)
You can delete your Chronicles of Radagas account and all of your game data at any time, for free. Choose one of the three ways below. Deleting your account is permanent: your cards, decks, heroes, progress and everything you own in the game cannot be restored.
Option 1: In the game
- Open the game at radagas.netlify.app and sign in.
- Open Settings (the gear icon).
- Choose Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately.

Sign in to your account
Sign in the same way you sign in to the game.

This permanently deletes the account and all of its game data. It cannot be undone.
Your account has been deleted
Your account and your game data have been removed. To also remove the copy kept in your browser, open the game once and clear the site data in your browser settings. Thank you for playing Chronicles of Radagas.
Option 3: By email
Send an email from the email address you play with to chroniclesofradagas@gmail.com with the subject Delete my account. Add your player name if you can.
We check that the request comes from the account owner and delete the account within 30 days, usually much sooner. We confirm by email when it is done.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Deleted
- Your account: email address, password, player name and Google sign-in link.
- All game data: cards, decks, heroes, gear, Crowns, Rune Dust, packs, quests, Mastery, card backs, skins, titles and season progress.
- Ranked rating, match history, leaderboard entries, friends and friend requests, redeemed gift codes.
- Sign-in records (IP address, browser) and activity data linked to the account.
Kept for a limited time
| Error reports and feedback | Up to 90 days, then deleted or kept only in anonymous form. |

| Database backups | Usually up to 30 days, then overwritten automatically. |
| Ban records | If the account was banned for breaking the rules, the blocked email or IP address is kept for as long as the ban is in force, so the ban cannot be avoided. |
| Purchase records | Records needed for accounting and tax are kept for the period required by law (in Hungary 8 years). Purchased items are deleted with the account and cannot be restored or refunded. |
| Your deletion request email | Up to 1 year, as proof that we handled it. |
| Newsletter | Deleting your account does not unsubscribe you. Reply Unsubscribe to any newsletter, or ask us in your deletion email. |
Some anonymous statistics (for example how many matches were played) contain no personal data and are kept. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
