Drop Rates
Card pack odds. Last updated 5 November 2026 (game version 3.07)
Card packs in Chronicles of Radagas contain randomly selected cards. This page shows the exact chances, so you always know what you can get before you buy or open a pack. The same rates apply to packs bought with Crowns, packs bought with real money and packs earned from quests and rewards.
Store card pack
Every card pack contains 5 cards from all five classes and neutral cards. Every pack contains at least one Rare or better card.

Within a rarity, every card that can appear in packs has the same chance.

Guarantees
- Epic guarantee: if you open 19 store packs in a row without an Epic or Legendary card, the next pack is guaranteed to contain one.
- Legendary guarantee: if you open 59 store packs in a row without a Legendary card, the next pack is guaranteed to contain one.
- On average a player gets a Legendary card about every 28 packs.
- The counters are kept on your account and reset when you get the guaranteed rarity.
Class packs
Class packs contain 5 cards from the hero class you choose, with the same chance per card and the same "at least one Rare or better" rule as store packs. The Epic and Legendary guarantees do not count class packs.
Duplicates
If a pack gives you a copy of a card you already own the maximum number of (2 copies, or 1 for Legendary cards), it is turned into Rune Dust automatically, which you can use to craft the cards you want:

Cards that are not in packs
- Season-exclusive cards (for example the Season 1 cards Herald of the Bone King and Ossarion, the Bone King, and the chapter boss cards) never appear in packs. They are earned during the season only.
- Class Legendaries from class quest chains are also earned through those quests.
Other purchases
Hero skins, avatars, portraits, card backs and titles are not random: you always get exactly the item shown in the store.
